About The Project
For this residential project in Kunjur, Udupi, Mahati Enterprises designed and installed a highly efficient 5.5 kW on-grid solar system for Harikrishna Udupa. To maximize power generation within the available roof space, we utilized ReNew 550W Mono PERC Bifacial Half-Cell modules. Because these advanced bifacial panels capture sunlight from both the front and rear sides, they ensure a higher energy yield, even during Udupi’s cloudy coastal monsoons.
The array is seamlessly integrated with a high-performance 5 kW Sungrow on-grid string inverter. Known for its wide MPPT voltage range and smart grid synchronization, the Sungrow inverter flawlessly handles the high-power input from the bifacial modules while providing real-time system monitoring. Furthermore, because this setup utilizes top-tier DCR-compliant solar panels, the installation is fully eligible for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy. This strategic combination of bifacial technology and DCR compliance guarantees long-term energy independence, uninterrupted grid-tied performance, and maximum financial returns for the homeowner.
